New OSHA Inspection Program Has It’s Problems

The Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility, a Washington D.C. based not for profit group has reported that a number of violations and poor implementation has been the norm for a 10 month long introductory program being monitored by OSHA. The program was initially designed to find companies that have a tendency to hide workplace injuries through under reporting.
