It might be hard to believe but OSHA has been going strong for 40 years now, and to celebrate that, they want photographers to capture safety in
the workplace in timeless images. You can view the winners of this contest here. Winning photo’s will receive a framed certificate and all of them will be framed and displayed in the Department of Labors HQ’s in Washington D.C. .
Dr. David Michaels, Asst. Secretary of Labor, had this to say about the entries, “I am thrilled by the way these
photographers have so creatively captured the challenges of workplace safety and health. Each winning photograph tells its own powerful story of the contribution of workers to our great country’s success, and America, and of the vital importance of protecting their health and safety. I am deeply grateful to everyone who contributed their time and talent to this contest.”
